Scheduled

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during the mentioned time-frame.

An impact is only expected for non-redundant connections in Miami, all affected customers will be contacted within the next hour to receive fail-over details should they be affected.
All other services (99% of customers) will automatically fail-over local to Miami with only a disconnection or re-route taking place, taking about a second while traffic reconverges each with routing off and routing on again.

This maintenance addresses a kernel bug associated with the Firmware version of the NIC used in one of the mitigation nodes in Miami. No further impact than listed above is expected, contact support should you have any questions. Thank you for your understanding.
